Camping in Cedar

Last weekend we went on a little weekend trip to Cedar City, UT.  We met Grandma and Grandpa Jensen at their property.  Aunt Vanessa was there and Uncle Ryan, Aunt Chelsea and cousin Gavin.  Mason did well in the car, we left at his nap time and the other hour he was awake he watched a movie.  It was nice weather, warm during the day and cool at night.  Unknown to us, Vanessa my almost 16 year old sister, was having symptoms of Type I Diabetes.  She was diagnosed Wednesday and hospitalized with high blood sugar levels and released after stable and educated and given supplies.  She is now insulin dependent and we are all learning about diabetes, how to administer insulin, etc.  Its been scary but Vanessa is stronger than all of us and we are lucky that it was caught before serious damage or medical conditions occurred.  Camping pics:
 Mason checking out the camp.
Sitting by the fire with Grandma.
 Enjoying the morning air.
Daddy teaching Mason how to swing.
Mason played in the dirt when he wasn't on a quad.
Mason INSISTED that grandpa ride the blue bike and he and dad follow on the red.  He would NOT get on the blue one and said "papa's bike" and would always go to the red.  Guess he knew.  He would go in circles around the camp all day if we let him then when the bike turned off say "again, again!"

 Relaxing in the hammock swing.
Chuck caught Mason roaming the house like this.
Silly boy, he's such a funny kid.
